2. We design your custom itinerary
Once we understand your travel goals, we create a custom Japan itinerary tailored to your needs.
Every trip is designed to make the most of your time in Japan, with a smooth route and practical planning.
3. Confirm your trip and booking process
A booking deposit is required at confirmation, followed by staged payments in line with the travel timeline. Our payment platform clearly shows the payment plan, dates, and terms from the beginning. Where possible, changes can still be made closer to departure, subject to availability and supplier terms.
4. Stay organised with a digital itinerary
Before and during your trip, you receive a digital itinerary with mobile app access so your plans are easy to follow in one place.
