Meet Chika
My name is Chika Fisk. I was born and raised in Japan, and I now live in New Zealand where I married a New Zealander and raised our three children.
Before founding Japan360, I worked for a major travel agency in Japan, and then for a Japanese study abroad agency where I travelled with students to Australia and New Zealand. That background, combined with years of living in both countries, is what makes Japan360 different from any other Japan holiday specialist in NZ.
I understand Japan from the inside: the language, the culture, the relationships you need to make things happen on the ground. And I understand New Zealand travellers, because I am part of this community. When I build your Japan holiday package, I am not working from a template. I am creating something I would be genuinely proud to put my own family through, and that standard is what every Japan360 trip is held to.

Every package includes a custom itinerary built around your trip, accommodation recommendations and booking, transport planning within Japan including Shinkansen, cultural activity suggestions, restaurant guidance, and a digital itinerary with mobile access. For groups, a dedicated tour leader and interpreter travels with you throughout the trip.
How much do Japan holiday packages from NZ cost?

Do you arrange international flights?
Japan360 specialises in everything that happens once you are in Japan: accommodation, transport, activities, and on-the-ground coordination. International flights are arranged separately through your preferred airline or travel agent. We are happy to advise on the best airports to fly into depending on your itinerary.
How far in advance should I start planning a Japan holiday?
For most trips, three to six months is a good lead time. For peak season travel, cherry blossom season in late March and April, or ski season in January and February, starting earlier gives you more options for accommodation and activities. We can work with shorter timeframes where possible.
Can you build a Japan holiday package for a large group?
Yes. Japan360 has experience coordinating group travel in Japan across all trip types. For larger groups, we include a dedicated tour leader and interpreter who travels with your group throughout the trip.
